Who is responsible

Miguel Quintas, based in Lisbon, Portugal, is responsible for the personal data processed through this website. Privacy enquiries can be made through the contact page.

02

Essential website operation

The hosting infrastructure may process limited technical information, such as IP address, request time, requested page and browser details, to deliver the site, maintain security and diagnose faults. This is necessary to provide and protect the website.

The site also stores your analytics preference in your browser so it can respect your choice. This preference is strictly necessary and is not used to track you.

03

Google Analytics 4

Google Analytics 4 is used only after you select “Accept analytics”. The legal basis is your consent. Until then, the Google Analytics tag is not loaded and analytics cookies are not placed by this site.

If accepted, Google Analytics may process a pseudonymous browser identifier, device and browser information, approximate location, referring page, pages visited and interaction timing. The purpose is to understand aggregated website usage and improve content and navigation. This site disables Google advertising signals and personalised-advertising signals.

Google acts as the analytics service provider. Information may be processed outside your country under Google’s applicable transfer safeguards. See Google’s Analytics privacy and security information, Privacy Policy and data-transfer frameworks.

04

Your choices and rights

Accepting analytics is optional and rejecting it does not affect the website. You can reopen “Cookie settings” at any time. Withdrawing consent stops further analytics collection from this browser and the site attempts to remove its Google Analytics cookies.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your personal data, and may withdraw consent at any time. You may also complain to the Portuguese supervisory authority, the CNPD, or the relevant authority where you live.
